    We have a minimum of 3 hours per cleaner. If you want more than one cleaner, you have to book 3 hours per cleaner. Please understand the cleaning imply also driving, cleaning the cleaning tools, washing the cleaning towels, etc. So we need to make sure to book enough hours so our cleaners make enough money and the business remains profitable.

  • Our main location is in Sebastian, FL, but we hire local cleaners in each city that we cover.

    It is our most popular service, commonly-requested service for families, busy professionals who want to use enjoy quality time, we keep your home fresh & clean.

    Deep Cleaning

    Ideal for homes that have gone months without being cleaned or have NOT been professionally cleaned in a while. This service includes the standard cleaning plus interior window cleaning & sills, detail blinds & detail baseboards.

    Move In/Out Cleaning

    This service is extremely thorough top to bottom, designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. This service includes: Deep clean glass & mirrors, remove spots from surfaces, scrub down & detail baseboards, clean inside windows, clean window sills, detail blinds, clean inside of appliances, clean inside cabinets, deodorize & take out pet smells, remove pet hairs, scrub down the showers & toilets with high-quality chemicals.

  • We provide all the cleaning supplies and tools.

  • As our service is based on an hourly rate, it will depend on the actual condition of the property, how many rooms, how many bathrooms, how many square feets and the tasks you want us to do. You will only pay for the hours the cleaning lasts.

  • We can come to your home on your preferred frequency. Our most popular are every week and every two weeks.

  • Yes. We background check all of our team members before training them.

  • You can cancel, postpone, or reschedule any booking at any time; no penalties, no fees, no charge. Keep in mind that if the cleaner or the cleaners are at your door and you decide to cancel, you will be charged the full amount of your booking. It's in our terms and conditions.

  • Yes. We customize the cleaning 100% for you. Keep in mind that the minimum hours per cleaner are 3 hours.

  • (Our guarantee only apply to customers that did not set up a time limit).

    If you're not happy with the cleaning or the cleaners, we'll come back to re-clean what was poorly done or assign you another cleaner if you'd rather have come back a different cleaner.

    You MUST provide us with pictures for PROOF of the things that were poorly done within 24 HOURS after the cleaning was done. If you don’t report the issue and provide us with pictures for proof and let us know within 24 hours after the cleaning, we will not help you. If you come to us complaining about something that you already fixed and don’t provide with pictures for proof, we will not be able to help you. OUR GUARANTEE EXPIRES AFTER 24 HOURS.

    As we customize the cleaning to each customer, the cleaning tasks vary for each house. The customer MUST AGREE to be specific on their requests. If the customer expects something to be done in their home, they MUST be clear, and specific, and let us know because we don’t read minds.

    NOTE: WE DON'T GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL COMPLETE ALL YOUR CLEANING TASKS ON THE TIME FRAME YOU BOOKED, always expect that the cleaning could take more than expected. We only guarantee the cleaning of the things that we touch. As our service is based on time, we never promise that we will have time to clean everything in the time frame you booked. If you want us to clean everything, you must NOT set up a time limit. Please remember that people tend to underestimate how long it takes to clean PROFESSIONALLY. High-quality work takes longer than average work. We will NOT guarantee or re-clean things we did not touch. If you set up a time limit, you don't qualify for our guarantee because you are limiting our work. Detail work takes time, premium cleaning takes longer than average cleaning, so if you have high expectations, don't set up a time limit or you will not qualify for a re-cleaning.

    NOTE: We might ask for pictures of the property before the cleaning.

  • 24hrs minimum. We don't book appointments for the same day you call.

  • You only pay for the time. The dirtier and bigger that your home it is, the longer it will take and the more you will pay. (Unless you set up a time limit)

  • Yes, we do! It will be $15 extra for every cleaner.

  • Yes. We can clean almost anything inside your property. We also offer organization, folding, laundry, bedding and more!

  • Yes. On weekends only Saturdays.

  • Yes, we background check, train and test all of our team members. We are bounded, licensed and insured.

  • Things we don't do:

    ● We don't claim ladders or any surface higher than one step tool.

    ● We don't move furniture or any object heavier than 35 pounds to prevent insures, accidents or scratching floors. If a customer wants us to clean behind the furniture, he or she must move it prior to the cleaning.

    ● We don't use bleach or any industrial chemical. If you request us to use your products, make sure they do not contain bleach or they are non-industrial and safe for our staff.

    Things we don't clean:

    ● We don't clean mold.

    ● We don't clean bug infestation homes.

    ● We don't clean hoarder homes.

    ● We don't clean poop, pee, vomit, blood, guns, crime scenes or any human or animal fluid.

    ● We don't clean fish tanks, cat littler boxes, bird cages, or any animal cages.

    ● We don't clean unreasonable dirty homes.

    ● We don't clean screens.

    ● We don't clean exterior windows.

    ● We don't clean closets if they are left closed.

    ● We don't clean under beds if the customer didn't request prior to the cleaning.

    ● We will not clean areas that are not reachable using one step tools or a 5 foot long duster.

  • Yes, but you can book less time if you are on a budget, you can decide what you want us to clean, which gives you ultimate flexibility in the price. Our hourly rates allow you to decide how much you want to spend. Our prices are higher than most of our competitors and for a good reason: we want to serve our customers better and in order to do so, we need to charge more to have the resources needed and also be able to hire better talent. We never recommend being cheap at the time of hiring someone to work inside your home because you might be opening the door to someone that can put yourself in danger and become your enemy. You will be giving access to people to your privacy, pictures, valuable items, your routine, pass codes or gate codes, so you better choose a company with a great reputation that has awareness of what that does mean, has proven history and cares about you.

    If you want quality, you should know that it will have a higher price. A cheaper price often translates to a cheaper cleaning. Lower prices are only possible because something has been cut off, including the quality of the people that will perform the work, customer service and quality of products.

    Our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security protocol; the credit card transactions are processed by Square Payments.

    No credit card numbers are stored in our system, rest assured we take security very seriously.

  • We reserve the right to deny &/or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, Weapons on-premises, severe clutter & disconnected utilities.

    Our employees have the choice to leave if the home is in an extremely unsanitary condition or they feel unsafe/threatened.

    If you book a cleaning online that is unreasonable, the cleaners may refuse service on the spot & you will be charged the cancellation fee.

  • It’s up to you, many of our clients are away during cleaning, there are different ways to arrange our visit.

    You may leave keys hidden under the mat, in the mailbox, with a neighbor, front desk, or give us a spare.

    We will need to have a key or security code for the alarm system, we have systems in place to keep your keys secure.

  • We will gladly work around pets, we are a pet-friendly company, within reason: We ask that indoor activity is limited for cleaning efficiency & safety.

    If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, we reserve the right to remove our employees from your home.

    If the removal of our cleaning technician is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply.

    Our employees are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat, pets may behave differently if a family member is not present.

  • No, our employees are not allowed to use bleach to provent intoxification.

  • Yes, we are a business licensed by the city of Sebastian, FL. We have a $25.000 bond policy and we have a $1.000.000 general liability policy.

  • We book our cleaners Monday to Friday from 9:00am and from 2:00pm. If you book with us in the afternoon our cleaners will only stay until 6:00pm. And Saturdays from 9:00am
